Refund Policy:
- I accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email using the contact form with your order number, name on the order and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and may take up to 10 days to recive the refund back into the original form of payment.
- If you are requesting a partial refund, please provide a detailed explanation of the issue and photos of the item(s).
- I reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item returned is not in its original condition or if it has been damaged or used.
- Please note that once an item has been shipped, I am not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transit.
- It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the item's pictures, descriptions, measurements, and any other relevant details before making a purchase.
- Keep in mind all clothing is thrifted/second hand unless stated in the descrpitions.
